Fiamma will be hosting a series of intimate cooking classes with award-winning Executive Chef Fabio Trabocchi, widely known for his signature and modern take on Italian dining.

Saturday, November 8th: Italian Thanksgiving
Saturday, November 22nd: Holiday Entertaining
Each demonstration-style class will begin at 11am and last for approximately two and a half hours. The session includes prosecco and a three-course tasting menu for $120 per participant. The class menu includes
