Things are always done a little bit different in the Rocky Mountains and the 5th Annual EPICurean A Food & Wine Festival is no exception. Set in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, this intimate event will tantalize your taste buds with exceptional regional cuisine and open the doors to explore the new frontiers of world class wines.
This year the theme has gone Organic. Hosted by culinary experts, chefs and wine connoisseurs, guests will dine on regional and sustainable cuisine, learn about new elements and trends in the culinary scene, and take home innovative tips that will leave you feeling like a food and wine expert.

The hallmark of the festival is the renowned guest presenters. This year’s program includes Lucas & Lewellen Vineyards, Rocca delle Macie Winery, Peter Jackson Chef and owner of Jack’s Grill in Edmonton, Massimo Capra from The Food Network and chef and owner of Mistura in Toronto, Vincent Stufano Executive Chef of The Fairmont Chateau Whistler and The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge’s Executive Chef Patrick Turcot. All will offer insider secrets and tips and tricks, all the while sharing their signature recipes.
The EPICurean Food & Wine Festival package includes a unique opening reception on Friday, February 6th and concludes with a lavish Sunday brunch on February 8th.
