718 Restaurant For Easter

Holidays don’t feel right without tradition, but what happens when your family’s traditions seem to outnumber its members? Chef Raphael Sutter of the Michelin-recommended 718 Restaurant poses a solution: devise a menu of special items to represent everyone involved. For himself, some French and European dishes like a traditional Grilled Langoustine and Asparagus Soup. For his Latin wife, bold accents of mango, pineapple, and currants. And for his American children and diners, local favorites like his Grilled Sea Scallops and Trio of Vanilla desserts. This way, everyone can agree on one thing — Easter at 718 may be eclectic, but it is bound to please.
