Washington DC: Hop on over to the Willard InterContinental for delicious Easter dining in The Willard Room, the hotel’s
magnificent Grand Ballroom and French Bistro, Cafe du Parc.

The enchanting Easter Brunch Buffet in the Willard Grand Ballroom is the perfect family venue on this special Sunday, April 12. Prices are $65 per adult and $30 for children ages 5 through 12, with seatings available at 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. While guests are entertained by piano they can enjoy the holiday feast, which includes chef-attended stations such as made to order Belgium waffles, pastas, farm fresh omelets, dried cherry and chiffionade mint beginets, dusted with confectioners’ sugar with vanilla bean anglaise, a Carving and Pastry Station. Other offerings include a hot food display featuring Thyme and garlic brined cage free chicken with fresh artichokes and black trumpet mushrooms, a Seafood Station featuring Poached Atlantic salmon with chive caper aioli, and micro autumn
greens, and a dessert station with everyone’s Easter favorite, traditional carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Adults will not be the only one’s having all the fun! Special menus and entertainment for children will be provided including a cookie decorating station where children can release their inner creativity, and a very special visit from Peter Cotton Tail Reservations are recommended, call 202.637.7440. The Willard Room will feature a festive Easter buffet, priced at $79 for adults including a glass of champagne, and $39 for children ages 5 through 12. Offerings include, a Carving Station featuring Roast Colorado Lamb, Coastal Catches such as Washington state mussels and fresh shucked cherry stone clams, Poached Egg, Omelet, Crepe and Waffle Stations and a Farmer’s Market with Artisan cheeses and a selection of locally cured meats. Cafe du Parc offers an enchanting prixe fixe, three-course menu for $39.50, with choice of two appetizers, two entrees and two desserts. Featured appetizers are Pate en croute (Veal, pork and duck foie gras terrine, cooked with port wine and Armagnac wrapped in home-made pastry with natural gelee) or Creme de tomate au basilic, crevettes en tempura (Chilled tomato and basil cream served with shrimp tempura). Entrees include Agneau Pasca aux abricots confits (Apricot braised lamb shoulder served with onion confit) or Rockfish roti, legumes a la grecque (Pan seared rockfish served with chilled
