From Thalassa With Love

Beginning Tuesday, June 16, Thalassa, the contemporary Greek seafood restaurant in Tribeca (179 Franklin Street — between Hudson & Greenwich Streets) will offer Greek cooking classes in its open kitchen for summer entertaining by Executive Chef Ralpheal Abrahante. Impress your friends and family with your cooking skills with a lean and fit Mediterranean diet approach. The classes will be offered 3 Tuesdays in June:

June 16 (Meze: Zucchini fritters, Tuna tartare with caviar mousse, Spinach pie,
Mini Veal Meatballs)
June 23 (Grilling: Clams on the grill, grilled whole Mediterranean fish, grilled octopus)
June 30 (Simple Mini Greek desserts: Yogurt=2 0tart with wild fruit, Baklava rolls,
Chocolate ekmek)
