SHO Shaun Hergatt Hosts Monthly Studio Tasting Series
December Installment Features Champagne Tasting
Need to brush up on your champagne etiquette before the biggest night of the year? SHO Shaun Hergatt is dedicating the December installment of their monthly Studio Tasting Series to champagne, in honor of the upcoming New Year’s festivities. Each month, SHO hosts a tasting seminar, held in The Broad Studio, which features exceptional wines and spirits.
On Monday, December 13th, the first bottle of champagne will be popped and canapés will be passed at 6:00pm, which will be followed by an hour seminar and champagne tasting led by Beverage Director Carl York. For $65 per person, attendees will learn about and sip select sparkling whites. Those who stay for dinner and bring their own wine will not be charged a corkage fee. The event is complimentary for Setai Club members.
Under the careful watch of renowned Australian Chef Shaun Hergatt, the Michelin star-rated restaurant features Modern French and Asian-accented cuisine. The Studio Tasting will begin in the Pearl Room, a lounge area near the bar that is separate from the main dining room. The Pearl Room will also host an open bar package on New Year’s Eve for $75.
