Featured at Bomboloni is a Natale Christmas Tree with three tiers at 24 inches high and decorated with a variety of filled bomboloni, Italian cream donuts.The tree is drizzled with caramel and decorated with candied fruits and nuts, imported candy and spun sugar .It serves 12 to 15 people, and is wrapped in clearholiday-themed paper and tied with store ribbon.The cost is $39.95.

This month for the first time, Bomboloni will be selling donuts filled with amaretto and orange laced cream and decorated with amaretti cookies, inspired by the bomboloni served in Siena, Italy called ricciarelli. Ruggerio also will introduce sfinciuni, Sicilian marsala-raisin soaked bread prepared from a family recipe.
Two new bomboloni flavors will be on tap for December. They are roasted chestnut and chocolate and Christmas cranberry with citrus and candied walnuts.
Fine luxury chocolates from Tumbador have been added to the confections sold at Bomboloni. And the coffee menu has a new drink for this month called Eggnog Latte.
